B.W. SOULS - MARVIN'S GROOVE / GENERATED LOVE:
Deep, hard funk monster, used by Pete Rock way back. Highly recommended! Minimal/barely noticeable noise for a split second in A-side intro, otherwise fine. US original.

MAD LADS - THE MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD LADS:
Strong 60's soul album with excellent crossover/sweet soul on "Make room", the De La Soul sample "Make this young lady mine" and a great version of "I've never found a girl". LP has plenty of marks and small heat damage causing minor noise for each turn in the second half of A2. Plays pretty well overall. Cover is low VG+ with some general wear and 4 cm split middle bottom edge. US original, blue label version.

OSCAR BROWN JR - SIN & SOUL:
His best LP with killer vocal jazz tunes as "Work Song" and versions of "Dat Dere" and "Afro Blue". Record has some feelable scratches causing clicks on the second half of A2 plus some occassional ticks on A4 and A5, still enjoyable. Cover has 5-6 cm split on top seam center plus signs of removed tape on top seam. UK mono original with black/silver Philips-labels.

VARIOUS / DONALD BYRD / SUN RA - JAZZ IN TRANSITION / WITHOUT BOOKLET:
US original, TRLP 30 with black/gold labels. No booklet. Record in fine shape save for a sharp scratch that ticks for the first 25 seconds of side A, rest plays well with a few odd ticks only. Cover has full splits on top and bottom seam, spine is a bit worn but hold together. Basic shelf wear and small worn spots on back. Compilation from 1957 with the cream of the artists who recorded for this collectable label: Sun Ra, Donald Byrd, John Pepper Adams, Cecil Taylor etc. The list of sidemen is equally impressive. Listen to Pepper Adams' "Train's Strain".
