US mono original, BLP 4017 with 47 West 63rd NYC-address on labels and back cover. Deep groove on both sides, RVG and ear in dead wax. Plenty of marks and scuffs on record, plays with mild background crackle, still very enjoyable. Cover has 10 cm split/fraying on spine center, minor corner wear plus some wear, paper creasing and mild staining on back. Great classic album with "Sister Sadie" and "Break City".
